"Real Time" host Bill Maher slammed Hunter Biden's business ties to Ukraine, suggesting MSNBC's Rachel Maddow would be talking about it if it were one of President Trump's children.

Maher began by questioning whether former Vice President Joe Biden would benefit from the impeachment inquiry into Trump since he is "elevated" above the other 2020 candidates.


"The more I read about this- no, I don't think he was doing something terrible in Ukraine, but it's just- why can't politicians tell their f-----' kids, 'Get a job, get a godd--n job!''" Maher told the panel. "This kid was paid $600,000 because his name is Biden by a gas company in Ukraine, this super-corrupt country that just had a revolution to get rid of corruption. It just looks bad.'

The HBO star commended "genius" Republicans for "muddying the waters," predicting that their argument to defend Trump will be "You did this in Ukraine, well Joe Biden did this."

He then mentioned Trump's eldest son, Donald Trump Jr., who was famously entangled in the Russia investigation after he held a meeting at Trump Tower with a Russian lawyer during the 2016 election.

"It does sound like something Don Jr. would do," Maher said. "And if Don Jr. did it, it would be all Rachel Maddow was talking about

Yes comrade, anyone who insists on being guided by the facts must be a captive of imaginary pro Trump news sources. Never mind the blatant hatred animating the Resistance to do whatever it takes to bring down President Trump. It endorses the justification for burning down our democratic institutions to save us from an election they don't like.

Pelosi finally collapsed before the radical Left wing in her caucus embarking on a Kamikaze mission of impeachment even before the details of the phone call or whistleblower complaint were made public. Ever the canny vote counter Pelosi knows impeachment has virtually no chance of succeeding, an impeachment investigation couldn't even pass a floor vote.

Why then would Pelosi embark on such a high risk, low probability of success venture as impeachment? The threat to her power as Speaker would have to be profound and imminent. The investigation into the origins of the Russian collusion jihad fits the bill. Exposing the corruption involved in the phony campaign to usurp the 2016 election threatens to tear Pelosi's majority apart.

If Democrats were confident their nominee actually received more than 80 million votes they wouldn't have more troops occupying Washington, DC than Lincoln had defending the city during the Civil War. Not Joe Biden, Kim Jung Biden.

Barring a complete meltdown of the Democrats, Trump will be impeached by the House.

The Democrats have been planning this since November of '16 and blueprinting it since last session when they changed the rules for the 116th Congress to exclude Republicans from every aspect of the impeachment process.

If these hearings were to follow normal order, the minority members of the committees would have enforceable rights and certain duties during the proceedings, now they will have none. The Republicans will not be notified of depositions or be part of any proceedings, they will not be permitted any presence in any of them; they will be completely closed.

We will see Schiff's committee working on articles on corruption (Ukraine) and Nadler's committee working on obstruction (Muller Report). Pelosi intends the two week recess (Oct 1st-14th for Yom Kippur and Rosh Hashanah) to be used by threatened members (31 House districts currently held by Democrats which President Trump won in 2016) to go to their home districts and explain their upcoming vote and ask for absolution and sell, sell, sell, impeachment.

During that time the committees will be enforcing subpoenas; Pompeo's for Ukraine docs due on Oct 4th and holding depositions scheduled for various State Dept personnel on the 2nd, 3rd, 7th, 8th and 10th. Again, Republicans will be excluded from all of these document reviews and deposition proceedings.

Nadler's articles working from the Mueller Report are probably completed, Schiff will be hastily assembling his articles from the contrived whistleblower report and whatever they can massage from the subpoenas . . .

As we get to mid-October and the articles are being finalized (and still not shared with the minority) look for perfectly orchestrated, strategic leaks to media mouthpieces and those outlets asking pointed questions to Republicans, drawn from inside info that only the Democrats and their media operatives have.

This narrative will quickly shift as the articles are completed and are finally shared with the full committees for review. At this point the media focus will be to conjure a new narrative and lie that the articles were a bi-partisan effort, pointing to the review by the entire Intelligence and Judiciary Committees. There will be a huge media blitz to place the articles in the most favorable light and to squash any opposing voices.

Once that has been milked for maximum effect the committees will vote the articles out and a new round of media blitzkrieg will soften the ground for floor debate (with all the posturing and feigning one can stand) and of course the vote.

This will be the flow, the Democrats have engineered it and blueprinted it and their media myrmidons are just waiting for their copy to report.
