Democrats have invested heavily in the obstruction portion of Mueller's report but under questioning from Congresswoman Debbie Lesko the special counsel revealed his ignorance of his own report and its reliance on publicly available media stories rather than investigation. Mueller had no idea how many times the obstruction portion had quoted the rabidly anti Trump WaPo attempting to foist this partisan skills the result of their investigation. Lesko supplied the facts

That's right Democrats are touting second hand circular reporting as "proof" of President Trump's obstruction. With an army of attorneys and investigators at his disposal Mueller choose to literally rely on media reporting. Despite Mueller's wanton negligence in producing a report based on hearsay and speculation Chairman Nadler spent time speculating about charging President Trump with obstruction after he leaves office.

Sounds nice, but it’s bullshlt. For example, two of the most serious examples of Trump’s obstruction were based on the testimony of Don McGahn and Corey Lewandowski. And, I would challenge you to find a single cited example of obstruction that Mueller based solely or even primarily on a news report. There isn’t one.

Question; Do you believe all news reports are factual? Are admissible as evidence?

We should be able to take reported news on it's face but we all know better. Right?
