No charges filed against Bernie's wife for her blatant fraud claiming she had assets she didn't for the purpose of obtaining a loan. Bernie whined that expecting his wife to obey the law like the rest of us was "political" and no charges were filed. Just like Hillary plenty of criminal activity but tame prosecutors chose to look the other way. Bernie's land deal, same thing.

In some areas I'm onboard with Bernie, In a very general way i agree with his analysis of many problems. i just think he does NOT have the right solutions. And on social issues he's just another go along with the crazy train 'to get along' liberal.

But my biggest problem with Bernie at this point is that he says he wants to straiten out the whole gov't and the country but he doesn't even have what it takes to even openly address ...much less correct... the blatant corruption in his own party that literally stole the nomination from him last time.

It's hard for me to take someone seriously that says they want to fix the busted lights, potholes and blighted lots in neighborhood when there are lights and windows at his family's house are busted to crap and the drive way is cracked to heck and full of weeds.

As well as Sanders is far more intelligent and knowledgeable than the present disgrace in the white house.

He along with Senator Warren want to address campaign financing (and gerrymandering) first and foremost as that is at the root of most of our problems. What a majority of Americans want is put aside when corporate donors check their candidates as we see is all too blatant now.
If anyone can do this it will be one of those two. Both have long talked about it and put up legislation to do it. With a Democrat majority- hopefully with more new progressives-we have the best chance of doing this.

Sanders got gamed out of a fair shot at the nomination by Hillary. Trump beat Hillary in the election. Bernie got next to nothing of his agenda accomplished in 3 decades in the Congress. Trump brought manufacturing jobs back to the US, something Obama claimed required a magic wand. Bernie has never created a job in private industry. Trump has created tens of thousands.

Bernie is so intelligent he turned a net worth on campaign disclosures of $250K into a $600k beach house, his third home. That used to be called corruption but in Progressive doublespeak it's intelligence.

Both Warren and Sanders supported Obama as he wrecked the Presidential public financing system. Gerrymandering is just the way Democrats say the Republican won.
