Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Canít Name Three Branches Of Government

I read a piece recently that claimed this socialist was actually shrewd and not as dumb as she appears, but apparently she IS pretty dumb.

Quote:

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez stated, ďWhat we really need is that should we, and if we work our butts off, to make sure that we take back all three chambers of Congress, uh, rather, all three chambers of government: the presidency, the Senate, and the House in 2020ÖĒ
Here is the video of her saying this:

It's a shame how far our nation has fallen, with enough people stupid enough to vote in a moron like this.

Rep.-elect Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) on Sunday slammed Republicans for "drooling" over footage of her and waiting to criticize her over any missteps.

She made the comment in response to an Ohio state lawmaker who criticized her for saying "chamber of government."

"Maybe instead of Republicans drooling over every minute of footage of me in slow-mo, waiting to chop up word slips that I correct in real-[time], they actually step up enough to make the argument they want to make," she tweeted.

"That they donít believe people deserve a right to healthcare."

It's never been a question of whether or not people "deserve a right to healthcare." Of course they do. The question is this, does the Constitution guarantee a fundamental right to providing it. And the answer to that question is "NO!" it does not.

The properly framed question is "Should the taxpayers of the nation, assume the cost of providing healthcare to all Americans." A reasonable and fair question. And one that the ACA, also known as "Obamacare" does not address.

Then the GOP should make that their debate with Ortez instead of trying to trivialize her through attacks that often lie and at best nitpick.
Methinks they don't want that debate because they know they will lose.

Salty, this woman is as dumb as it's possible to be. It's impossible to debate her. She has a degree in international relations and thinks Israel is occupying Palestine. She has a degree in economics and the way you pay for free stuff is first the government then taxes, When asked by the interviewer her answer if she is not an expert on that, OK?

How are you going to debate that?

You can't seriously think they will lose a debate with her.

Here is my suggestion IF you really want to know about this congresswoman.
Quit looking at viral clips by political opponent sites and honestly give her a listen on her own merits in a friendly surrounding. cspan might be your best bet just to keep from having to hunt down left wing news media interviews.
Most of what you have been shown is very slanted because there is a campaign to minimalize her views and approach. The clip in question here might be that she misspoke but there have been others that are completely distorted and fake, but are to this day believed to be real interviews of her saying outrageous or incredibly dumb things.
As I say it is a tactic used (since at least the 70s) by interested groups to get rid of any positives from the opposition.
You may disagree with her opinions but she is a serious and energetic representative.
