number one your judge of character is pretty lame. it goes like this: because you and I disagree on some political issues plus I view trump as an awful person, you decide I am jamming the airwaves and social media condemning kavenaugh.
the facts are I said from the beginning if you can ADD (assuming you know the lay of the Congress on this type of vote), you understand he will be confirmed.
the rest of this sht was for show and to drum up the two bases of support.
Trump should never have chosen this guy -I base that mostly on Kavenaugh's youth; some wisdom only comes with age -but Kavenaugh will be a decent judge-is a decent judge. What dems did was despicable.
reminds me of a friend who was date raped in her high school years, impregnated and her parents were so money hungry cause the guy was from a wealthy family; the judge sent the boy to the army and ordered no child support. Did the guy do it? Yes. She was bruised and shattered and it affected her entire life.
The waiting to drop that confidential letter to muck up the midterms was horrible for everyone involved.
And it highlighted an issue dear among women and prolly set us back decades. But Republicans are not off the hook either as they seem to have made a partisan crybaby out of kavenaugh.
for votes.
O<G despite the outing of the facts you still believe Ford!!! And yet were more confident that ever Kavanaugh would be confirmed. Only someone on the inside of the joke would know that "math."

My comments weren't to you anyways. You are beyond hope and reason. Thy were about you and those like you who, from the time of our nation's founding represent the greatest threat to the survival of the Republic.

Uniformed mob bots who ignore the blindfolded lady holding the scales of innocence in front of the court house.

We should be a long way from savages with torches and pitchforks speaking unreasonably with only one voice. "Burn the Witch" should never be part of our political lexicon. Such tribalism is antithetical to diverse individual thought and by extension personal freedom.

Remember...libs didn't wanna question Kav 'bout his 300 judicial opinions. Instead they held up his yearbook and asked 'bout farting and vomiting.

So yeah, if you're a lib, please don't wonder why you keep losing and come off lookin' like morons.

No, it's not age that confers wisdom according to another SCOTUS justice, it's being born a Latina. But that's not racism, she was nominated by Obama.

It's a measure of just how low Democrats were willing to go when they criticized Kavanaugh for becoming emotional in self defense. As Senator Collins so ably exposed in her speech from the Senate floor the accusations against Kavanaugh were without foundation, a political hit job.

After staff lawyer Kagan and racist Sotomayor were confirmed with many Republicans meekly going along, it's the height of absurdity to object to Kavanaugh as a partisan. But don't worry, just as the two FBI agent lovebirds were said to be able to set aside their personal feelings of contempt and hatred for Trump and Ginsberg expressions of the same was supposedly able to do the job without prejudice so too will Kavanaugh.

Uh, one thing about coming close to dissolution, or anything resembling it, America might have its time of monkeys crapping all over it, but it will always spring back stronger than ever. The leftist SOBs will soon find out, to add to their misery.

You could be right about America's ability to spring back but it sure is nice we don't have to find out this time. I was genuinely surprised at McConnell, Graham and Collins for fighting back against the Left's smear campaign. If Democrats could have defeated Kavanaugh using these wanton smear tactics it would have ushered in a whole new era where any nominee can be defeated by vague accusations and plucking out high school year book excerpts.

I read a tweet, last week, that said "I don't know who the 2020 Democrat presidential candidate will be, but they sexually assaulted me 40 years ago."...

you would argue with a fence post. It doesn't matter if you believe ford or Kavanaugh. it does not matter in the scheme of our lives as Americans. it matters to the two and their families but that is the edge of the cliff. this show was about the politicians working up their base.
the numbers I speak of are the number of votes needed. all the posturing was also a show. they were going to confirm him short of live tv coverage of him blowing up the Senate building.
I didn't pay attention to the 80s abortion riots either-know why? because that too along with the 'flag burning' issue was about securing and motivating a base of support for each party. neither law was in danger of overturning.

Especially if it appears that the Democrats will not fare well in 2024.
2024 is six years away. So you can't accurately predict how good or bad one party will do. Trump may not win 2020. Even if Trump wins 2020 that is no guarantee that the republicans will keep control of the house and senate during Trump's term or terms in office.
