Default General on Fox is pro-torture

I guess it is all relative. No one has died or been injured by waterboarding, our own special forces are water boarded so they know how to handle it.

These liberals are acting like we are breaking bones and cutting off limbs.

Enhanced interrogation techniques are how we found Osama.

Bottom line is it works, despite what libs try to sell ya. It should be done under special circumstances.

I've said it before, I would waterboard my own mother if it would stop a terrorist attack. I sure has heck don't care about the feelings of some terrorist.

Senate report: Waterboarding didn't lead to Osama bin Laden

The real bottom line: Torture doesn't work, it's not a useful tool for gathering accurate intelligence, and it's also reprehensible and cruel.

Also the military analyst claimed that torture worked on John McCain, this is also untrue.

Sorry, I put more stock in what the peeps who actually did it say as opposed to a partisan Senate who are opposed to torture and will say anything to get rid of it.

Bottom line torture works. Only reason libs claim it doesn't is because they're against it. I'd have more respect for partisans like yourself and the other libs if you were just truthful and said, "Torture works but it's morally wrong and shouldn't be used."

At least then you'd be honest.

Can't be honest if I said torture works.

Because it doesn't. If it did, then that analyst on Fox News wouldn't have needed to lie and say it worked on John McCain.

McCain: Anyone Who Says Waterboarding Works is a Liar

The fact is that torture does not give actionable intelligence with any reliability at all.

“The fact is ... it worked on John [McCain],” Retired Air Force Lt. Gen. Tom McInerney told FBN’s Charles Payne on Tuesday. “That’s why they call him ‘Songbird John.’”
All political bullsh-t aside. Beating down an old veteran who is dealing with brain cancer, implying he's a traitor and lying about his horrific experiences in war to justify torture? There have been many lows coming from Fox's cavalcade, but this is very petty and wrong. We're a few feet underneath the bottom of the barrel.

I do appreciate that the host, Charles Payne, did apologize for his guest's ghoulish bullsh-t.

My Apology to Senator McCain and his Family
“This morning on a show I was hosting, a guest made a very false and derogatory remark about Senator John McCain. At the time, I had the control room in my ear telling me to wrap the segment, and did not hear the comment.

I regret I did not catch this remark, as it should have been challenged. As a proud military veteran and son of a Vietnam Vet these words neither reflect my or the network’s feelings about Senator McCain, or his remarkable service and sacrifice to this country.”
