What will happen if a person goes into a school with a couple .38's and kills 10 or 12 people? Will they say "Oh that's OK, he only had a revolver, we don't want to take them away"?

Or how about a bunch of knives or a bomb? Is it OK to kill people what way? How about just driving their cars into groups of kids. Is that OK?

The scant possibility of only needing it once, in an entire lifetime, is ample justification for owning one, five, or more, if an individual prefers.

Of course if an individual is quite positive he will never need it, then he is still entitled to fill every darn closet in his house with EBR's and ammo, if that is to his choosing.

Individual Rights are not predicated upon others' interpretations, of the individual's needs.

How many people "need" a 42" TV, or 5 . Or need 2 cars or 300... Or an car at all, there's public transportation right?. Or a dog, much less more than one dog. Or a PITtBull or other Scarry breds. How about a falcon, people have falcons, when do they Need that? Swimming pools, do you know how many children die in swimming pools? why does anyone "need" them? How often do most people use them anyway?
The "need" question can limit nearly anything. My question is is this a free country or not?
The thing is the obvious next step in the "need" question for guns is,
Do you really need to hunt? The clear answer is no. Soooo therefore you don't need a big "hunting" gun at all. How many times do you use it anyway? No matter what the answer it won't justify the "need" in some folks minds. Especially if they are trying to save the children.

I wish less people had dogs, then I wouldn't have to rescue so many. Especially Pitbulls, we have way too many of them. But they have the right to have them, and not take care of them It's not a FAIR world out there, shlt happens, we all have to deal with something.

I have a Pit-Terrier that we rescued a little more than a year ago. I don't understand how they get such a bad name because he is the most lovable dog we have ever had. I wouldn't trade him for the world.

Yes, they are great dogs. They used to be considered "Americas Dog" a long time ago. I have a picture of my dad in 1926 when he was 3 years old with his Huge Pit Bull beside him. They were the all American family dog. The dog I just put up in my avatar was a pit bull / rottie mix. people were terrified of him. He was the sweetest most gentle dog we ever had

Let's apply the same approach to the exercise of First Amendment rights. What is the justification for attacking the millions of law abiding assault weapons owners? There is no need to punish law abiding gun owners there are already laws in place to punish people who commit crimes. Expressing opinions like this aren't needed so they ought to be banned.

Recall the Korean shop owners standing guard during the Rodney King riots? They were armed with so-called assault weapons.

But AZ...The left believes it was the right of the rioters to be able to burn down those businesses with no repercussions.

Had they not been armed, it would have been a free for all like Baltimore was.
