If any of you have smelled 'death', for the first few months, someone had to smell something. After a while, when there are no more fluids, the smell will lessen, then disappear.

At that point, a basic black garbage back would have done the trick.

Geez, do I have to teach these people everything?? :D

So what is more effective at eliminating dead body odors, an attic or a car trunk?

That would be hard to say, depending on attic structure (roof pitch) and heat exposure.

If the attic has a high pitch, the odors (after fluid elimination) would rise and dissipate.

In a car trunk, there isn't much room for the odors to rise and dissipate... they would likely make it out seams and openings, and since that's at nose level.....
