The same people who have always been paying for it. That didn't change much even with the PPACA. It's a matter of paying for it a point of service, or paying for people's premiums regardless if they seek medicare.

Personally, I prefer to pay at point of service for others. That way I know they actually received what I'm paying for.

how are you paying for obama care?
and even if you were how would that not be a break from your costs and premiums going up due to the amount of uninsured (less of a pool) and the treatment at er plus life saving measures if the person is that ill being free to those who lacked funds?

Anyway rest assured you don't pay for people who drive Uber to have insurance. They pay for it.

The weekly enrollment report from the center for Medicare and Medicaid explains the so called surge in the last week of open enrollment.

Automatic re-enrollment has to take place at the end of the open enrollment period. But the fake news portrays it as millions thirsting for Obamacare beating down the doors to sign up.

I could not find what percentage of Obamacare enrollees new and continuing were enrolled in Medicaid as opposed to private insurance. In the absence of hard data there is no reason to assume enrollment would differ from history.

I'm paying for the PPACA via increases in premiums, additional taxes (2% on medical devices) and a heavier government debt load since a number of people are eligible for 'subsidies' for insurance that they may or may not use.

Insurance is not healthCare.
