Then someone comes to the hospital, is dying and has no money. What then?

What happened to them in 2008? Same thing. They received treatment. Obamacare did not change that requirement.

Why are you so dense about this? Under the law the hospital cannot refuse to provide medical care. Been the law of the land long before any politician had the nerve to suggest a complete government take over of funding for the Health Insurance industry.

I know from personal experience. My wife went bare on insurance when Obamacare outlawed our catastrophic policy. We opted tope nothing happened until she got on Medicare. Then came a burst gall bladder.

We entered the ER with no way to pay for it. She still was received and treated. Including expensive surgery. Spent 4 days in a private room, with service no different than paying patients. We were offered some government program choices but chose to make payments over time. Still paying for some of it. Had we not agreed, the government would have paid along with the hospital absorbing the cost.. However, it would have had no effect on saving her life.
BTW, she had a kidney infection a year later. Same scenario.

Now she has her Medicare insurance at about $150.00 a month along with the payments on the earlier surgery. And healthy as a horse.

Now, please excuse my impertinence, but what has your repeated question have to do with death panels? Charlie Gard did not show up and be refused treatment because he couldn't pay. He was executed because the judges ruled he wasn't worth saving. To the degree they insisted as if he were a dog with rabies.!!!!
