Pelosi during Obama's presidency - You'll have to pass it before you can see what's in it.

Pelosi during Trump's presidency - We wanna see what's in it before we pass it.

Anyone who didn't read the draft and updates of ACA , or watch it as it was hashed out (without GOP input -who was busy throwing a tantrum), doesn't have cable or the internet. sucks to be them.
