Next. I'm becoming more and more convinced that the "Source of Misinformation" has to be Donald Trump because the following is both erroneous as well as illogical.

Quote:
This is complete nonsense. The State Department has fully reviewed the entire contents of about 15,000 of the 30,000 she submitted in full compliance with the law and actually found that over 9,000 were actually personal emails that were inadvertently included by accident. 30,000 were taken care of with "bleach bit AFTER they were demanded by congress. You don't do that unless your GUILTY. She broke several laws by deleting them, what don't you understand about that? Yes, a few of these did have statements related to classified information but there was nothing nefarious or criminal associated with that. Bullsh1it and lies are all you leftist know.
First and foremost Congress did not "demand" that Hillary Clinton turn over any personal emails nor does it have the authority to do so. Congress only had the authority to demand that the State Department turn over Clinton emails containing State Department business that the law required Hillary Clinton to turn over to the State Department.

Based upon testimony by FBI Director Comey Hillary Clinton did not review her emails at all, her lawyers did.

Quote:
"Secretary Clinton said her lawyers read every one of the emails and were overly inclusive. Did her lawyers read the email content individually?" Gowdy asked. Comey responded, "No."
So Clinton didn't even review her emails her lawyers did and even then they didn't read the content individually so even they didn't really know what the emails contained. We also know that an attorney won't violate the law even when defending the most heinous of criminals. They'll do all they legally can to defend their client but they won't violate the law for them because it would risk their entire career and could also send them to prison.

So Clinton's lawyers, without reading the entire contents (we know they read the "Subject" to determine contents) and divided them up into 30,000 that contained State Department business and 32,000 that were personal emails that neither the State Department or Congress had any right to see (4th Amendment). It was then Clinton's lawyers that deleted the 32,000 for the protection of their client.

Out of this Republicans, without any evidence, create this conspiracy theory that Hillary Clinton was hiding a nefarious criminal act but apparently didn't care enough about it to even review the emails and instead assigned that task to her lawyers. The lawyers were then supposed to cover-up the criminal act but they didn't read the contents and instead, so save money and effort in sorting the emails into "business" and "Personal" merely read the Subject title. Even if we assumed they read them all for the purpose of a criminal cover-up, that they wouldn't do for anyone, it's obvious they weren't looking for classified information because they left many emails with classified information going from the most classified, Top Secret, to the lowest classification of Confidential that is so low that all it ever covers is simple administrative matters like employee information or subjects like what is the Sect of State going to talk about with a foreign diplomat (that becomes unclassified if she does discuss the subject. In any case the lawyers weren't looking to cover-up the inclusion of classified information.

So what criminal act was Hillary Clinton guilty of unrelated to the emails containing classified information were the lawyers supposed to be covering up by deleting emails they didn't read and that they wouldn't delete because by deleting any email related to a criminal act they would be guilty of committing multiple felonies that would probably include destruction of evidence, destruction of government records and obstruction of justice that would get them disbarred and sent to prison for ten or twenty years.

So what was the crime and how does it make any sense that Hillary Clinton wasn't concerned about it and that lawyers would feel compelled to do something that no lawyer in their right mind would do and where they didn't even put any effort into making an attempt at actually finding anything potentially criminal in Hillary Clinton's emails.

This entire conspiracy theory not only lacks any evidence supporting it but also defies logical reasoning.

FACT: The emails were divided into two groups. Group 1 that comprised about 30,000 emails was determined to contain "State Department business" by Hillary Clinton's lawyers based upon the "Subject" and, in compliance with the law, they were turned over to the State Department. Group 2 contained about 32,000 emails that were determined to be "Personal emails" based upon the "Subject" and they belonged to Hillary Clinton and Hillary Clinton alone, not subject to any legal demand or Congressional requirement or request to be turned over to anyone, and Hillary Clinton's lawyers ordered their destruction that they had every right to do.

There was no mysterious crime being covered up nor was there any attempt to even prevent emails that were required to be sent to the State Department to be unlawfully withheld and destroyed.

As the FBI investigation, after the fact learned, some of the emails that the lawyers believed to be the private property of Hillary Clinton, not subject to being turned over to the State Department, were destroyed but located elsewhere and when the entire contents were read many did refer to something related to the State Department. It could have been so minor as the text reading "Joe Blow, in the (State Dept.) accounting office is bring potato salad to the picnic" simple because Joe Blow worked at the State Department. Hell, it could even be "confidential" because it mentions a State Department employee and provides information on what department he works in.

Here's another fact. Not a single one of the emails containing classified information contained the proper "Header" that includes the Classification level of the contents of the document (email). Not a single one that blows Donald Trump's statement about the "(c)" in the contents having any meaning at all. Without the proper Header that "(c)" doesn't mean a damn thing. Of course Donald Trump knows absolutely nothing about the proper identification and handling classified materials and his statements are based upon complete ignorance..... which is exactly what the conspiracy theory response is based upon, complete ignorance that's even absent of any logical reasoning.

Come on, enough of this. A person has to be dumber than a rock to fall for all of the BS misinformation, conspiracy theories without evidence, and the complete lack of any logical reasoning.

Only one more Republican absurdity based upon "Misinformation" and a conspiracy theory so absurd the only the dumbest of the dumb could possibly believe.... next!

Let's deal with the absurdity of the last part of the "misinformation" campaign, conspiracy theories, and illogical lack of reasoning because it's the best part.

Quote:
The conclusion by the FBI was that there wasn't any nefarious attempt by Hillary Clinton to hide any emails related to State Department business, that the law requires her to turn over to the Stated Department, nor was she ever misleading in her statements to the FBI about the emails.
That is why the FBI let Hilary dstroy evidence. the fix was in. and we ALL know it.
Nothing was destroyed by Hillary Clinton at all because she never even reviewed any of the 62,000 emails (probably on advice of council just to avoid this stupid allegation) and there was no attempt by anyone to destroy any evidence by her lawyers. Her lawyers reviewed all 62,000 (based upon Subject) and destroyed roughly 32,000 emails they believed to be personal that she had every right to destroy. The FBI has found copies of most of them and they were reviewed prior to the termination of the investigation because they provided enough information for the FBI to determine a criminal act didn't occur.

But of course, for a brain dead Republican this implies that every person working on the Hillary Clinton investigation at the FBI, all of those working on the case at DOJ, FBI Director Comey, Attorney General Loretta Lynch, Bill Clinton and his former aide, the FBI security for Loretta Lynch, a top law enforcement officer that had personal knowledge of the meeting with Lynch and Bill Clinton, Loretta Lynch's husband... but wait, let's not forget the State Department's security team that spent countless hours pouring over the tens of thousands of Hillary Clinton emails (costing taxpayers a metric butt-load of taxpayer money because of the "conservative" witch hunt)... and what the hell, let's also include the Republicans and Democrats on House Investigation Committee on Benghazi "claimed" Hillary Clinton did nothing wrong related to the Benghazi terrorist attack... this has to include hundreds off people, they've all been secretly involved, without one single leak, in protecting Hillary Clinton from prosecution for an unknown criminal act that didn't have anything to do with her emails or performance as Sect of State.

We know exactly what her careless handling of classified material warranted because FBI Director Comey actually stated what someone at the FBI, that was as careless as Hillary Clinton would face as "punishment" for that carelessness:

Quote:
“Well, I'm a lawyer, I'm an investigator and I'm, I hope, a normal human being,” Comey said, as Chaffetz said, “Do you really believe there should be no consequence for Hillary Clinton in how she dealt with this?”
“Well, I didn't say — I hope folks remember what I said on Tuesday. I didn't say there's no consequence for someone who violates the rules,” Comey said. “There are often very severe consequences in the FBI involving their employment, involving their pay, involving their clearances. That's what I, that's what I said on Tuesday, and I hope folks walk away understanding just because someone's not prosecuted for mishandling classified information, that doesn't mean if you work in the FBI, there aren’t consequences for it.”
If Clinton or anybody had done what the former secretary of state had at the FBI under the established fact pattern, Comey said there “would be a security review” and that “a range of discipline could be imposed from termination to reprimand and in between, suspensions, loss of clearance."
"So you could be walked out, or you could be, depending upon the nature of the facts, you could be reprimanded," Comey said. "There is robust process to handle that.”

Absolut none sense. There is so much evidence we are still talking about it, and Wiki Leaks is merely confirming ALL our suspicions.
Bottom Line: Regardless of any Democrats with delusional beliefs and/or supported conspiracy theories, the fact is that Hillary Clinton has NOT been cleared of any criminal acts related to her email.

Get over it and move on.............
The obvious question is, evidence of what? It sure didn't have anything to do with classified information in the emails because those emails were not all deleted. So guilty of what?

(Republicans don't know of course so the response, if any, will be, "We don't have a clue but it's Hillary Clinton so she has to be guilty of something because she (her lawyers) deleted her personal emails. Maybe she's a lesbian-biker-chick that drinks beer and we don't know about it yet.!)

There so much evidence that we know that the only people that are still talking about it are the morons that believe "Imperial Majesty Moron Donald Trump" that keeps repeated the same old lies that have been disproven by the massive amount of evidence and then creating the most unbelievable conspiracy theories out of thin air that allegedly require everyone in the United States to pull of. The rest of us just keep in disbelief that people can be so ignorant while pointing out the actual facts to disprove the same old misinformation that's being repeated for the umpteenth time. Perhaps we're really the dumb ones because we know, based upon all of the evidence, that a Republican will never let the facts get in the way of their delusional thinking when it comes to Hillary Clinton, Barrack Obama, or Democrats in general.

I don't like Hillary Clinton for the things she's done while Republicans hate her for things they invent out of thin air because the facts don't support the wild and insane allegations Republicans make up.

As far as I know WikiLeaks isn't providing evidence of anything. No one here has shown me the email where Hillary Clinton said she knowingly sent weapons to an organization that didn't even exist (ISIS) when she was Sect of State.

Of course the US sending weapons to groups that commit acts of terrorism isn't new. The Bush Administration, following the invasion of Iraq, sent weapons to the Kurds that included the PKK, a Kurdish terrorist group in Iraq. As far as I know every administration has sent weapons to terrorist groups as long as "they were on our side" for the moment. In Syria all of the rebel groups were "on our side" in our attempt to help overthrow Assad. We didn't seem overly concerned until the Islamic State of Iraq recruited more members from Syria and Created the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria in 2014, THE YEAR AFTER HILLARY CLINTON WAS NO LONGER SECRETARY OF STATE.

So what does Wikileaks prove? It proves that Republicans can't even read a calendar.

This is false on virtually all counts. The FBI investigation revealed a very limited number of unintentional violations of security protocol related to Hillary Clinton using her email (it didn't matter if this was using private email or government email servers) and others in the State Department that were all incidental to the conducting the affairs of State Department business and all of those involved had the proper security access and "need to know" the classified information. The very limited number of incidental and unintentional breaches of Security protocol, according to the FBI investigation, were so minor that they never reached the level required for a "criminal" act that anyone would be prosecuted for. Instead they fell under the umbrella of "administrative corrective action" of the State Department's security organization.

The government does not prosecute limited unintentional, incidental, and minor breaches of the security protocol in the course of business operations. Instead these minor violations are addressed with administrative corrective action by the security organization. If they did prosecute these very minor violations then thousands of people working with classified information would be facing criminal prosecution in the United States every year because these violations occur all of the time. Instead these minor violations are always addressed with corrective action by the responsible security department.

Bottom line, as FBI Director Comey stated, there wasn't grounds for a criminal indictment because Hillary Clinton's actions, while being a breach of security protocol, didn't rise to the level where it would be criminal activity.

Bill Clinton's visit with Loretta Lynch was not secret and they weren't even alone. Other member's of the DOJ (i.e. her staff) were on Lynch's aircraft along with the flight crew.

Immunity from prosecution is often used because when granted the person must comply fully with the investigation because they can't claim that anything they say will be self-incriminating. When it's not granted a person can simply refuse to answer questions claiming their 5th Amendment Rights. It's so common in criminal investigations that it's absurd to even mention it.

This is complete nonsense. The State Department has fully reviewed the entire contents of about 15,000 of the 30,000 she submitted in full compliance with the law and actually found that over 9,000 were actually personal emails that were inadvertently included by accident. The FBI has fully reviewed the contents of about 17,000 of the roughly 32,000 deleted "personal" emails of Hillary Clinton's. The deletions of emails, handled by her attorney's, was based upon "Subject" for the email alone and the contents were not reviewed. The FBI didn't find any deleted emails where the "Subject" indicated State Department business but has found emails where the contents did contain limited State Department business. The FBI also found that many of these were copies of emails turned in by Hillary Clinton to the State Department. Yes, a few of these did have statements related to classified information but there was nothing nefarious or criminal associated with that.

The conclusion by the FBI was that there wasn't any nefarious attempt by Hillary Clinton to hide any emails related to State Department business, that the law requires her to turn over to the Stated Department, nor was she ever misleading in her statements to the FBI about the emails.

There's no evidence even suggesting that the investigation by the FBI under FBI Director Comey (a former Republican and Bush Administration appointee) supervision occurred. This is just another in a long list of right-wing conspiracy theories that have all lacked any evidence to support them. You can't simply "imagine" something and use that as a valid argument for anything.

Bottom Line: Regardless of any Republican delusional beliefs and/or unsupported conspiracy theories the fact is that Hillary Clinton has been cleared of any criminal acts related to her email.

Get over it and move on.............
The comment is complete fiction in every aspect. According to the Auditor General and the FBI Director Comey Hillary Clinton conducted an ongoing conspiracy to handle classified materials with extreme carelessness. That is a far cry from incidental mishandling of classified materials.

The act of setting up a private server for Hillary's State Department emails is a gross violation of national security and archiving regulations. Each of the more than 2,000 classified emails on the server is incontrovertible evidence of a criminal act.

In response to direct questioning from Congress FBI Director Comey clearly stated their investigation of Hillary Clinton's emails uncovered plenty of evidence of illegal activity. Then in complete disregard for the specifications of the applicable statute and prosecutorial practice, Comey proceeded to fabricate a rarities definition of "intent" which he used to give Hillary and staff a pass from prosecution. Claiming the FBI didnít find any criminal activity on Hillaryís part is nothing but a partisan fairy tale.

I will not belabor each of the many falsehoods in the comment as it appears Hillary will never face criminal prosecution for violating the law. That is not a concession of any of the the gross partisan falsehoods in the comment.

FBI Director Comey testified that violations such as those committed by Hillary should be punished administratively. Clearly denying a security clearance to someone who had directed a long running conspiracy to handle classified documents with extreme carelessness would be appropriate. But Hillary receives classified briefings as a candidate as if she had never demonstrated gross disregard for national security regulations and violated the law with impunity. Others have routinely faced lifetime revocation of their security clearance for far lessor violations but Hillary is above all that.

Once again this is more blatantly false opinion based upon previously debunked claims, allegations, and conspiracy theories. It remains based upon the Republican belief that if you repeat the same debunked lies often enough then stupid people will believe them but the only people stupid enough are other Republicans. 0

FBI Director Comey has never referred to Hillary Clinton's handling of emails as being criminal. The following addresses what FBI Director Comey stated in his Congressional testimony:

Quote:
He also described her handling of classified material as secretary of state as “negligent” — a legal term he avoided using when he announced on Tuesday that “no reasonable prosecutor” would bring a case against her.

The F.B.I. director repeatedly suggested that someone in the federal government who had done what Mrs. Clinton and her aides did would probably be subject to administrative sanctions.

Asked whether those sanctions could include firing or the loss of security clearance, Mr. Comey said that they could. While an F.B.I. employee who mishandled classified evidence in the way that Mrs. Clinton did would not be prosecuted either, he said sternly, “they would face consequences for this.”
The handling of the classified information was unquestionably "negligent" and subject to administrative sanctions but not criminal that would result in prosecution.

The claim being made that Comey referred to Hillary Clinton's "negligent" handling of classified material as Sect. of State as being "criminal" where it would be subjected to criminal prosecution is a "Republican lie" that keeps being repeated and keeps being debunked. Apparently this is based upon the delusional belief that if you tell the same lie enough times it will make it true but it never does.

There were no laws or regulations at the time preventing the use of private email accounts by members of the government and, in fact, the use of private emails servers was widely used by the former Bush Administration that deleted an estimated 22 million "private" emails that senior Bush administration officials, including former Sect of State Colin Powell, that used an unauthorized RNC server.

Flashback: Rove Erases 22 Million White House Emails on Private Server at Height of U.S. Attorney Scandal – Media Yawns | Pensito Review

We can also note that FBI Director Comey directly addressed the statutory requirement for archiving of emails related the person's work for the government and cleared Hillary Clinton, and her lawyers, of any intent to delete emails to avoid the legal requirements for archiving.

Quote:
Comey: I should add here that we found no evidence that any of the additional work-related e-mails were intentionally deleted in an effort to conceal them. Our assessment is that, like many e-mail users, Secretary Clinton periodically deleted e-mails or e-mails were purged from the system when devices were changed.

Read more: Transcript: FBI Director James B. Comey's statement on the Clinton email investigation - POLITICO
Not only does this clear Hillary Clinton of an intentional wrongdoing related to the deletion of emails it also disputes the false allegation that there was a "conspiracy" to delete emails for nefarious criminal purposes.

Comey also addressed the unintentional deletion of emails by Clinton's lawyers that could or did have government related business on them.

Quote:
Mr. Comey also criticized Mrs. Clinton’s lawyers for their handling of her emails. He said that they had not actually read all of her emails before destroying them, as she had suggested, and that they may have deleted classified material without her knowledge.
This clears Hillary Clinton of any involvement in, and even knowledge of, government emails that her lawyers unknowingly deleted because (in order to save time and money) they didn't read the actual contents of the emails. Once again no evidence of any conspiracy and no evidence of any criminal intent or action. The accidental deletion of an email with government related content is not a criminal act.

Of course Hillary Clinton would believe her lawyers did read the emails because that's what she paid them to do so that emails that needed to be sent to the State Dept would be sent to the State Dept. Once again this repudiates Republican claims that Hillary Clinton wanted to conceal any of the emails with government related contents because Hillary Clinton had directed her lawyers to actually identify them and turn them over to the State Department in compliance with the archiving requirements.

The lawyers simply failed to do what they were directed to do by Hillary Clinton so some emails that should have gone to the State Department were inadvertently deleted by mistake by her lawyers. While that was obviously careless by Clinton's lawyers it was accidental and not intentional that would make it a criminal act.

I could go on and on in provided direct evidence that all of the Republican allegations are complete BS but all of that evidence has been previously provided and the BS conspiracy theories and unsupported conclusions have been repeatedly debunked.

But the BS continues with statements like, "Each of the more than 2,000 classified emails on the server is incontrovertible evidence of a criminal act"
even though Director Comey has expressly established that they aren't evidence of a criminal act because there was no intent to violate the law nor did the limited number of emails in even a more limited number of email chains, represent gross negligence that would result in it being a prosecutable criminal act.

Repeatedly responding to Republicans that repeatedly bring up the same claims that have been previously debunked based upon facts and the truth becomes really tiring. They don't seem to care about the facts or the truth because they hold to the belief that "If you repeat the same debunked lie often enough then stupid people will ignorantly believe the lie is the truth." Well, they're probably right but that only works with other Republicans. [/quote]
