I am so happy reading that. It makes me thankful I am not a public figure. Redneck relatives can burn you even if you're not famous, but it seems if you are they take some particular pleasure in destroying your credibility, love life and maybe even ability to get health insurance (worries about the cheap DNA).

WTH??? If I had as much money as Oprah does, my parents would have NO financial problems whatsoever. "You want a new Freightliner for every week of the year to drive to the store for beer? Sure, Dad, no problem." "You want to set up a home for retired clowns, Mom? Piece of cake. Let me get my checkbook." (Mom's a real deal clown, until her recent bout with cancer, she spent a huge amount of time in children's wards as a clown) Why doesn't Oprah simply take care of the problem, put Mummy on the HARPO dole and make the whole thing go away?
