Alexandra Mezher, 22, left a trail of blood as she desperately tried to pull herself to safety and begged for her life.
The graduate bled to death from a severed artery in her thigh after she was stabbed repeatedly in the vicious attack.
Asylum seeker Youssaf Khaliif Nuur, who claimed to be a minor in order to stay in the children’s centre, has been charged with Miss Mezher’s murder.
The Ethiopian, who is at least 21 years old, claims he can’t remember the incident which took place on January 25.
The gruesome pictures reveal how Miss Mezher desperately fought for her life after being stabbed as she tried to break up a fight before two young migrants she was caring for.
Her trail of blood shows for the first time how the social worker tried to flee from the brutal attack, managing to crawl from the kitchen where she was stabbed, along the corridor and into a nearby bedroom.
It was here, lying in a pool of blood among white stained sheets, that Miss Mezher lost her life.

Murder enquiry launched after young woman found dead in refugee centre
A MURDER enquiry has been launched after a young woman was found dead in an asylum seeker’s hostel.

Other residents at the asylum are currently being questioned as police remain on site.
The hostel remains closed off as crime scene investigators and the coroner search the site for evidence.
Sweden, with a population of 9.8million, has been struggling with the European migrant crisis and took in more than 160,000 asylum seekers last year.
In March, a 19 year old man was stabbed to death at an asylum seeker’s centre near Lindesberg, central Sweden.
He was taken to hospital but died in the morning of March 4 from his injuries.
At the time Stefan Wickberg, a Lindesberg police spokesman, said: “Asylum centres have been a problem for us and we have had frequent calls to sort out fights and other disturbances.
"People in these centres live too close together and many of them come from war zones. It's not easy for them to all get along.”

A TOWN hit by a spate of sex attacks blamed on newly-arriving migrants has cancelled a festival that will take place under the cover of darkness over safety fears for women.

Girls as young as 10 have been victims of the attackers, who are still on the loose, and police are warning females not to go outside alone at night.
The 14 separate incidents have all been reported in the town of Ostersund, which has a population of 44,300.
While police have refused to release descriptions of the attackers, victims have described the men as of foreign origin.
The council, following discussions with police, have now said Earth Hour, a worldwide environmental event involving lights being turned off for 60 minutes, will be cancelled.
Social Democrat spokesman for the council, Ann-Sofie Andersson, said: “Earth Hour is a good and important event, but this year we chose to have the street lights on in view of what has happened. We want everyone to feel safe.”
Chief Constable Stephen Jerand added: “The police think it’s a very wise move and that the municipality made a good decision.
“Keeping the lights on creates security and is in line with our common efforts to increase security under current conditions.“
