It should be the other way around, if the government thinks someone is polluting, they should have to prove it. It's funny how the left just thinks that if the Gubmint makes a claim, the little guys has to spend big bucks to prove them wrong. WTF happened to innocent until proven guilty.

Hell I have heard that the government has even went after people for collecting barrels full of rain water, as if it belongs to the government. The government also wants to collect money from the sun, as if they own that too.
The government only goes after people who have stuff. Those people who have nothing to lose but their freedom (which apparently is no big deal) are getting free stuff.
Paid for by the folks who have stuff.
And, some folks think that is somehow ....; fair.

Time past it was honorable to work for that stuff and it was yours to keep if you earned it. When the Gubmit provides it, who actually owns the stuff?

Then, if you found disagreement with them, what would stop the Gubmit from taking it back?

Would the government take that back, ever? Unlikely so long as there are folks who have stuff they can take.

The more people who believe the3 government should provide, the more likely such policies will be issued by the government they elect. And eventually, the people who have stuff will be so far in the minority they will lose all their stuff....' including their freedom.

They tried this in the USSR.

Perfect examples of big government run amuck. Maybe our left leaning friends can explain this overreach. For all we know it happened under a Republican, then it is still wrong. But if it happened under Obama it will be OK, I'm sure.
