your point here is "With a gun?" "SHOOTING a gun""...with a gun.."
not just "harming property" but harming pro try "WITH A GUN" is what YOU said.
no strawmen here -as usual-- you're just attempting to dodge the point.

My point was not fixating exclusively on the gun.
My point is you can protect your property in a variety of ways. If you have a car on your property, you don't protect your property by shooting the car or beating it with a bat or devolving to any other violence to harm the car.

Suppose somebody were to take a shortcut across your property daily in their car. Without your permission.
Does that mean you have the right to shoot the car (or use other forms of violence) as long as the car is on your property?

your overreacting to the use of guns.
So if I take a baseball bat or a gun to a car parked on my property, is that okay?

Well u-known you're right. it's not a risk. the offense/crime against privacy is not at risk, it's ALREADY occurred.
And it's time to take action to remedy the offense.
Your reply only proves my point that the action is PUNITIVE instead of protective.

If you're reacting out of a desire to "remedy" an "offense", you're admitting you're not "protecting" anything but rather just looking for retribution.
