Caught between the French gov't(prez says he hates Rich people) and Unions (rioting and kidnapping CEOs if they don't get their way) .
the Rich and the Youth (the most entrepreneurial) are leaving the country.
many now in England and Quebec Over half the youth claim they'd leave if they got a chance.

Belgium is experiencing a similar problem. Brussels, (I have relatives there,) is a very high taxed city. The rich are leaving and it is hurting the coffers of the city. The elected officials in Brussels now want to be able to tax those people who leave the city, even if they left years ago.
