Looks like Britney can have her cake and eat it too.

What a deal for Britney. She can still spend time with her kids (visits, overnights) but she does not have to bear the weight of raising her children on a daily basis. She won't have to drug test anymore so she can keep that aspect of her life extremely private (unless she has another meltdown). I am sure she will continue her Hollywood lifestyle.

So there will be no more consequences for her anymore. The status quo is the worst it will get for her. Can you say "deadbeat mother".

I'm sure this is the best deal she thinks she can get right now. If she ever gets her life together, she can seek to have this readressed. I don't know how good Federline will be at parenting, but compared to Brittainy's problems his home is probably best for the children. And that is what's important.

I don't know how anyone expects her to have turned out differently. She was put up on stage half naked at fifteen, when her managers could have used a little more wisdom and caring and let her considerable singing talent stand on its own.

What a rush that must have been for her, too, back then.
I'm sure drugs are a poor substitute.

Maybe Britney hasn't been the best of mothers so far, but she still carried them around in her womb for 9 months...and that in itself is a laudable act of love.

As a Chris Rock routine explains, when a guy says "I'm a good father because I'm not in prison and I take care of my kids", well DUH!!!!!!

You're NOT "supposed" to be in prison and you ARE "supposed" to take care of your kids!...

The fact that you got through 9 months with child isn't applaudable...

If you get knocked up, you're SUPPOSED to go 9 months with child...

There isn't anything extraordinary going on here...

"At least I didn't abort my child" is NOT something to be proud of...That should be an every day occurance...
