Not wrap it up. Abandon it. I didn't agree with this war either, but once there, we should have allowed the military to run it. There would have been a lot more civilian casualties, but we would have crushed the opposition and the people could have started rebuilding their country much sooner. You can't fight a war trying to be politically correct.
We are advised to NOT judge ALL Muslims by the actions of a few lunatics, but we are encouraged to judge ALL gun owners by the actions of a few lunatics.
