I am certainly no fan of Hillary--to put it mildly--but this sort of incivility should be considered entirely unacceptable.
I do agree, though, that there is something of a double standard among many on the left, who consider this sort of behavior tolerable if the object of it is a person whom they view with disdain. And it ought not be considered tolerable, just as a matter of neutral principle.
The first signs of this sort of incivility became evident, I think, during the 1968 presidential campaign, when the late Hubert Humphrey was routinely shouted down when attempting to give a speech, as he just did not lean leftward far enough to mollify the (rather ubiquitous) supporters of Eugene McCarthy and the recently assassinated Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
We also see evidence of this uncivil (and often totalitarian) mindset among those who seek to disinvite speakers whose worldview is fundamentally different from that of orthodox progressiviism.
