The UN sanctions are still in place and that means that they are still very much locked down in most areas. IMO, this is a good step. Offer them a baby carrot with a big stick ready to slap 'em upside the head. If they conform to our demands, then offer them a bigger carrot and a slightly smaller stick. RNK is not going to change overnight, it's going to be a process and rewarding them for taking steps in the right direction is a good thing to do.
Sorry I don't know about none of what your referring to. And as you didn't bother posting a link I have to take it as opinion not fact. My opinion or anyone else means very little in the big picture!

YONGBYON, North Korea - North Korea destroyed the most visible symbol of its nuclear weapons program Friday, blasting apart the cooling tower at its main atomic reactor in a sign of its commitment to stop making plutonium for atomic bombs.

I think every country has the right to do whatever it wants inside the country. And countries like USA should keep its nose out of other people's business.

Does he starve his own people? I never heard about it. Why would he do that? Where did you read about it?

I think you are confused here, Mikeyy.

It was the American Empire and its president George W. Bush that imposed sanctions on that tiny country to make their life difficult. Is it not true?

Then you must think that when the Germans were starving you dumb asses my dad should have stayed home rather then bring food to your Mama and Daddy. By the way. You still haven't thanked my dad. Just think without the help of the U.S. how many million more Russians would have died. So how do you like us now?

And who did they hand the documents to. Not America but China. So put aside the Bible as we got two commie country's that will steal what ever isn't bolted down. One playing the good cop the other well we shall see.
No better yet lets keep the Bible close....

Lil Kim's son lives in Macau. About a half hour ferry ride from Hong Kong. He is a high roller in the casinos there. I have a friend who sells pearls to his wife. His son plays while people eat grass in NK

If you look REAL close at the 2nd pic, the ridge to the left of the top of the tower has a break in the trees just before the edge of the tower. That break is the edge of the field on the land I grew up on. I had nice clear view of the top 1/3 of the cooling tower from my bedroom window. Then, to the left of the tower was Mt. St. Helens. I went back up there last summer and visited the "old homestead" and things are REALLY different now (aside from the fact that the house shrunk a LOT).
