I knew I liked other boys as soon as I started growing hair in funny places and and my voice started oscillating between squeaking and going baritone. I also realized around that time that I wasn't quite as comfortable skinny dipping with my best friend at the pond anymore because I was a bit more conscious about the fact that his body was taking on a very appealing shape to me.

That all started around 13. By 14 I was well aware of who and what I was and by 15 I thought about what I wanted every 3 minutes just like any other guy. I am pretty sure if she went this far, she knows herself just as well.

I just wonder how many "gay" people are really bisexuals? Naturally now that I'm looking for it I can't find it but I remember reading something about "ship wives." Back in the old days many straight men would have homosexual relationships when they were out to sea for a long time with no women.
I am not saying that the girl will "grow out of it" but as she gets older perhaps she may find she likes boys more than she now thinks she does?

IP, my baby sis always knew she was gay.
Trouble is, the rest of the family didn't.
I had a clue when she told me as a young tot that she was going to marry Jill someday from Charlie's Angels.
As she grew into a teen, the boyfriend thing wasn't really there.
She dated some.. but it never led to anything.
Her prom date was her gay friend Paul lol
She eventually came out, and by then.. no one was really surprised.
Sure do miss her.
