Reading the article, it's rather interesting how the author pretends to summarize the arguments, but then the quoted sections are distinctly different...
Obvious strawman at work.

(And without surprise, the OP has chosen to cut and paste around the actual quotes in favor of the strawman...

For the first argument, the actual statement is rather clear...

I found one of the non-quoted sections rather amusing. The "Washington Post" would fall under freedom of the press.

Moreover, it's rather interesting that if our founding fathers had intended us to pretend that corporations were people, that they chose to specify TWO SEPARATE rights in
* freedom of speech, and
* freedom of the press (which would already be covered under freedom of speech if corporations were intended to be people)

There are other comical errors in this nonsensical piece, but I have no doubt that people who think CNSNews is "News" aren't going to be able to mount an intelligible response to what I've already said....
