Andrea Yates' ex has child with new wife

Rusty Yates remarried in 2006. His new wife had a son on March 20.

Andrea Yates drowned the couple's five children -- ages 6 months to 7 years -- in June 2001 at the family's home near NASA's Johnson Space Center, where Yates works as an engineer. She said she was trying to save them from the devil; she was convicted of capital murder and sentenced to life in prison in 2002.
But an appeals court in 2005 overturned her conviction because of erroneous testimony. Andrea Yates was then found innocent by reason of insanity in July 2006 and sent to the institution.
