You know that is just hearsay. Martin isn't around to give his side of things is he?

So to review the video, Zimmerman's father is claiming his son told him the following:

- Martin approached Zimmerman as he was headed back to his vehicle.

- Martin asked if Zimmerman had a problem.

- Zimmerman reached for his cell phone and Martin punched him in the face where he got on top of him and commenced beating him, Zimmerman's head hit the cement.

- During the struggle, Zimmerman's shirt was pulled up, exposing his gun.

- Martin said something to the effect of, "You're going to die tonight."

- Martin began beating him again and Zimmerman shot him.

Yup, heard that from the beginning. This is nothing new. But an actual witness has testimony that directly conflicts with this account of events.
