yeah, I saw where Rick Jacobs said that it looks not so good for us on the video issue, but I did not get that from the transcripts.

I think it's pretty much impossible to read a conclusion from the questions of the judges. It seems there are only two legal issues: did the placement of the videos in the public record mean that they can be broadcast, and does any harm result from that broadcast given that the testimony of the witnesses is already public? Given that the 9th circuit's open records policy strongly prefers public accessibility, my bet is on broadcast.
