Why did you feel the need to mention Judge Walker is gay?

Then why are you taking exception to Walker's sexuality?

Not trying to start an argument, I'm just curious as to why you find his sexuality so "convenient".

I'll take Obama at his word when in 1995 he twice endorsed marriage equality. His actions (if not his political words) since then support his original statements.

It sounds like except on the videotape issue, the court was very skeptical of the Prop h8 proponents:

..but you felt the need to mention it as convenient, that implies an accusation of bias doesn't it?

yeah, I saw where Rick Jacobs said that it looks not so good for us on the video issue, but I did not get that from the transcripts.

I think it's pretty much impossible to read a conclusion from the questions of the judges. It seems there are only two legal issues: did the placement of the videos in the public record mean that they can be broadcast, and does any harm result from that broadcast given that the testimony of the witnesses is already public? Given that the 9th circuit's open records policy strongly prefers public accessibility, my bet is on broadcast.
