From Fox News:

Six guards were trapped for a couple of hours, Longview Police Chief Jim Duscha said. He initially referred to the guards as "hostages," but later retracted that after the guards clarified no one had threatened them.

I never said they were not a threat. I am simply debunking the initial report that stated there were hostages.

Are the police in a union?

"Please child", is not an incredibly rude statement to make to another person, but especially one who is a grandfather. It's also an embarrassing statement coming from someone who is totally wrong on the subject. You must know what kidnapping means. You must also know the difference kidnapping and someone afraid to leave their shelter because of fighting between two other groups.

They are taking the 100% predictable course of action that the current Left Wing philosophy must, can and will embrace. They cannot prosper in the information age without constant hyper-emotionalism to combat rational thought and analysis. Hyper-emotionalism requires constant escalation to maintain. This event is a mild foretaste.

This is another one of those posts that show why there is so much misinformation. Everyone on the left that I know would take exception to these actions. Those who lean left on this forum also disagree with these actions. If that is the case what left wing philosophy are you railing about? I was at the meeting of the socialist commie democrat leftests and we haven't ok'd violence yet.

You must of left early. There were some clowns double dipping in the bean dip and the czars voted 5-4 that anyone caught double dipping will be tied up and forced to drink a cup of everyone else's spit.
