Still have no idea what you mean. What you bolded are powers that states and municipalities grant to the police.

Prosecution means there needs to be a formal court charge and only done via the legal system, not the law enforcement system.

So you're saying that being a Governor isn't enough experience?

Especially given Palin's rock star status within the Tea Party........I find that hard to believe.

Well, since the "most experienced" has never been the defining issue with a Presidential election (in modern times)....it's only logical to assume that you must be talking about a "basic level of experience."

"Experience" being subjective and hard to quantify anyway.

Unless you think this election will be different than the last 10 or so.

I don't think you'll have to worry about packing your bags and buying the Mandarin version of Rosetta Stone. Palin is just hacking for FOX at the behest of Murdock and Perry would be unelectable in a general election. I don't know who the nominee will be (probably Romney), but it certainly won't be either of those two. Palin is too radical to be a presidential nominee and after destroying any chance of McCain being elected, I doubt anyone else is going to want to pick up that train wreck as a number 2.

Yet her experience is one of the many things that makes her unelectable. She resigned as Gov. when the fires got too hot. Her resignation was a political death nail for her. Everything she is doing is for FOX's ratings. Nothing more. She has a cush job making millions. Even if she was electable, you think she would give that up to jump back into the fire she ran from a couple years ago?
