Watch out! It could be a harbinger of the actual flood to come. After all, a much larger % has used pot- maybe more than 40% who admit it. 20% of the population uses it illegally on an ongoing basis. Medcan has been passed in 16 states, so far. 2/3rd's and it's a constitutional amendment. Only about 10-11 states to go.......They are more than half way to the goal of making the Feds give it up. There are far better ways to spend the money. In fact, medcan will be taxed to the max. All the more money available for other tax cuts......
