Ah, but you see, Obama has unwisely meddled with the economy, and encouraged the Congress under the control of the Party that he's the nominal head of to siphon off hundreds of billions of dollars for graft ("stimuls.") Her didn't control the economy, he damaged it by design or ineptitude or both. To illustrate, I don't know how to fly a plane, but I'm confident that I could crash one.

Further his regulatory bungling, instead seeking to not impede the economy, advanced the Governments role as an obstruction and parasite.

But that is extra-governmental, and a effects of appointee's, but out of an appraisal of how much or how illte Madge they will do to their betters in the Private Sector.
