It;s not sticking your finger's up thier butt, it's the fact that that particular spot makes a good handhold. It also tends to make the other guy want to move away from the grip allowing the guy on top an even better shot at breaking thier oponent down (flattening them down to the mat).

I seriously doubt the 17 year old was attempting to inflict that sort of harm, he was performing a move highly aggressively. Good Wrestling to me.

I'll take that as,
cnredd never wrestled a gay guy that was in love with him.

In this case, the seventeen year olds fingers went into the kids anus. That is quite literally sticking your fingers up someone's butt. And, if you get a couple up there and a little traction then I'm quite sure that it does make a good handhold. That doesn't mean it isn't a violation of someones person.
