Jan Brewer is AT LEAST behind 1 president, 60 Senators and about 230 congressional reps in that regard...

So Obama has a judicial injunction against him? I'm sure you'll back this up with evidence since it is such a HUGE claim.

Why so combative? I just made a comment and it was not directed specifically at you.I expected this injunction that's all.

Asking a question is now combative? Okay, if you say so.

So, let's see... if you post something that is expected you get a smartass response. Then when you ask a question to clarify you are combative. I see.

If you expected it then your response could have said that instead of coming off like a smartass. Just sayin', Mr Mod.

This appears to be a stay as opposed to a final ruling.

Of course there will be appeals.

Basically, the question is whether there is Law in America.

If this law falls, then States should immediately refuse to engage in any form of enforcement of Federal Laws. The Feds can't have it both ways.

Yes, it's a stay, and it's completely unnecessary. It's sad that criminals get such consideration.

No one seems to be able to make a good argument that the law is illegal. it has always seemed a stretch to say that a law requiring other laws to be obeyed can be illegal.

Provided Constitutional rights aren't violated in the enforcement of the law requiring obedience to other laws.

Yes, I know, that wasn't a complete sentence, so it must not be true.

The manner in which a law is enforced CAN be illegal. That is why the provisions regarding enforcement are on hold until the issue is settled.

Look at the Utah supreme court overturning the conviction of that rape accomplice...
