Cool Re: Et tu, Barack? America betrays Britain in her hour of need

I still have a letter from an old New Zealand girlfriend, after I had mentioned in a letter to her that my father took the side of Argentina in the Falklands thingy, it was almost like a dear John letter. It makes me want to cry just to think about it. My father had an Indian girlfriend when stationed in Indian in WWII and hated the way the British treated them.

Strict neutrality will not keep friends ("Nations have no permanent friends and no permanent enemies. Only permanent interests.").

Friendship - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

"The US recognises de facto UK administration of the islands but takes no position on the sovereignty claims of either party."

That is basically saying the UK has no sovereignty rights there. The same could be said with regard to many of our Islands far removed from the continent.

Hawaiian sovereignty movement - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Dependencies and Areas of Special Sovereignty

Anybody want American Samoa or Bermuda?

Aruba? {We have a good claim to go to war there, like if there can be war over Jenkins' Ear there can be one over Natalee Holloway} Puny little pissant Netherlands, we could clean their clock.

Guam, was in a newspaper political cartoon about the Kansas–Nebraska Act; just ask Ron Pod, we have no rights to it.

Certainly an attack against many of those US Islands over the sovereignty claims should prompt the UK to take a position of strict neutrality.

Well that settles it, since you have nothing of substance and only demeaning statements you lose the argument.
