Cold hard facts? No, speculation on inferences.

Every suggestion Papadopoulos made to have the Trump campaign meet with Russians was rejected as shown by documents and emails turned over to investigators. It beggars belief that Trump administration officials would suddenly begin discussing collusion with someone who's urging to engage in collusion had been rejected.

Both of the men indicted rejected his suggestions. There is nothing in the indictments related to information Papadopoulos might have been able to provide.

The investigators went to the trouble to convince a judge the Papadopoulos guilty plea had to be kept secret to aid the investigation yet they burned their confidential informant last Monday. They wouldn't have done that if they thought he was going to deliver incriminating evidence.

The cold hard facts are that the indictments had nothing to do with the Trump campaign and neither did the plea agreement with Papadopoulos.
