Now 4 years later when it is finally the correct time to begin a loose timetable they want to say "na, na, na we told you and now you're flip flopping". And they still won't admit that the surge and GW did work. I think we have done quite well in rebuilding in just 5 SHORT years and the Iraqi congress has passed many more solutions than our congress has. Less than 5,000 American deaths (several hundred that were just regular "accidents") when I recall the liberals whining "50,000 body bags won't be enough for the invasion"
It's like Red Sox fans saying "We're going to win the World Series" for 86 years straight, then when it actually happens, saying "See?...I told you!"...

Four years ago?
Then why were Democrats getting mocked in THIS year for trying to discuss it???

All along, we've been hearing the same ol' thing.
NO timetables. NO timetables. NO timetables.
They'll help the enemy...

If the message had been something different like "It's not a good idea to discuss timetables at this juncture", THEN your argument could hold water.
But you're trying to misrepresent the consistent message that has been delivered by the Republicans for virtually every day up until VERY recently when Iraq made it clear they wanted the U.S. gone.
Here is Bush in July of this year saying "NO timetables".
Bush emphasizes opposition to timetable for Iraq withdrawal - International Herald Tribune
Can you kindly explain what changed? Besides his story?

And if you want a REALLY funny comparison, I CAN show you an example of Bush insisting on timetables...
Think Progress FLASHBACK: In 1999, Bush Demanded A Timetable

Oh yes! When it's a DEMOCRAT in office, the Republicans SCREAM for a time-table.
For a war that was a LOT less costly, with a LOT lower body count, and a LOT less overall involvement, for THAT the republicans want a timetable...

You're substituting a positive for a negative, and changing the whole issue.
It's more like Bush has been saying "NO Red Sox. NO Red Sox. NO Red Sox"...
And then when the Red Sox win, he wants everybody to think it was all part of the plan...

I know who she is. I like her dad. But she is a moron. I wish she would stand up just once and turn around and tell Scarborough. "If you talk over me one more time I'm gonna cut your nuts off" She should jump right down his throat. I would pay money to see it on PPV. I swear to god I would.

Her dad has a good appreciation of the Soviets/Russians but he has a blind spot when it pertains to Islamic aggression.

She is lucky Joe Scarborough doesn't just reach over and bitch slap her.

Isn't Joe out of politics? Obviously someone, perhaps the people who were to vote for him, didn't want him around.
