You are talking about a specific group of people, I am talking about the population at large. It makes a big difference to me the context of what he said, since I am not naive enough to think that all people don't have stereotypes. Since the meaning cannot be proven (one way or the other), though I don't believe him, I will have to just let it go... you've noticed he isn't even being reprimanded, there obviously is a difference.

Thats why I said he is too dumb to be on. Even if he meant to support pacman. How did he go about it. By using race, The only reason Pacman was arrested is because he is black? Imus is an idiot.

Making the observance that blacks get stopped more often than whites is bringing up a racial issue - but one that should be addressed.

I think his choice to use sarcasm was misguided - as are most of his asinine comments about almost everything IMO - but I don't think this is of the same caliber disaster as his comments about the girls' basketball team.

There is about 300 million people in this country. Is Don Imus the only guy who can act like a twelve year old on the radio. There must be other real twelve year olds to do the job. Imus's game is old as his face.

I watches/listened to Imus and that other clown that is a sexist, mad hatter. Both suck swamp water and anyone listening to them has far to much time on their hands. The try to become the news not report news!
