I wouldn't call Ryan "Testy" for his final comment. I'd call him correct.

This reporter was WAY out of line..

wouldn't call him a Reporter!
Baiter would be more appropriate!

He was certainly baiting him,I was glad to see Ryan walk out on the interview..

The reporter wanted to be the story...the question seemed to be designed to confuse. It was a stupid question, for sure. Ryan felt the set up, obviously was unhappy about it, and rightfully left.

I can't help but notice everybody is referring to "the reporter".
Somehow, seems poetic (as opposed to giving him a name)...

Hope "the reporter" enjoyed that, because it's very possible that he won't get a Republican priority interview again.

He should get NO interviews, and be transferred to the mail room post haste IRRELEVANT of the interviewee's political affiliation...

His handler stopped the interview sounds like to me.
But listening to his ideas about cutting crime was interesting. I'd like to hear more about it. He obviously is a product of a good community. I've been to Janesville and it is not unlike a lot of small Minnesota and Wisconsin towns. Clean and caring are two words I'd use to describe it.

Anyway, no drug, not even alcohol, causes the fundamental ills of society. If we're looking for the source of our troubles, we shouldn't test people for drugs, we should test them for stupidity, ignorance, greed and love of power.

His handler had the authority to stop the interview and made the correct call. Ryan could've overruled him but chose to take his good advice. With cameras and sound still active, his handler could sense that the interview was heating up and an attempt to bait and manipulate Ryan was in progress. I like Ryan much more than I like Romney..
