More like steamROLLING if you're going to be honest.
Well to be sure we are talking about two different subjects. You are talking about the present after we have had a near depression and the actions taken to try to correct that. And to be fair not all the proposed stimulus has been put into effect.

In the 98 vid he was talking about the existing system which was corrupt and inefficient in many places and cutting waste and effecting success.
