Yes, and every sane person knows it was his responsibility for what happened, same as it was Obama's responsibility for what happened. Enola Gay people dropped the bomb on Hiroshima, Bock's Car people dropped the one on Nagasaki, and Navy SeALs got Obama.

Dolittle did not "drop the bomb" his was the first air attack on Japan in 1942, launching B-25 bombers from an air craft carrier.
