I don't know anything you propably don't. But I know California has a massive economy and a massive population. They are burdened by a huge immigrant population more than most states and they also try to help those people as best they can. We aren't called bleeding hearts for nothing. But California's weakness in accepting immigrants with open arms is also a strength for this nation as a whole. But that's where you guys come in and say hey chill out a bit, we still got bills to pay, can't save everyone.

I don't know the answer I just wish we could all take a deep breath and have a beer and talk stuff out.

Now you sound like my wife!
If you think about it, that actually is what both Conservatives and Moderates HAVE been saying. Some liberals seem to have an understanding of reality, but unfortunately, that seems to be the minority.

We can't 'save' everybody, and we shouldn't have to. If CA would take just a small step towards reducing/preventing additional illegal immigrants, reducing/ending the assistance programs to the same, it would make it less pleasant for them to come here. They would self-reduce at that point.

CA is driving businesses (think tax base) out with their regs and taxes, individuals are leaving in droves. If CA keeps reducing their tax base, but increasing the taxes, they are going to implode. NY, NJ and CT are not far behind.

That's the only way of putting it.

Reminds me of another incident in American history. Couple hundred years ago. Refusing to drink overtaxed tea.

The urban areas of California deliberately burden themselves with not immigrants but illegals and then insist that the rest of the state pay the bill. That's one of the problems. Add to that the New California area has virtually no political representation and I don't blame them for wanting out.

I'm having a cup of coffee trying to understand the bipolar California and who wants what. I may have this wrong but I believe there is a movement called CalExit who advocate secession from the US as opposed to the "New California" group who wants to stay in US but be separated from the progressive segment on the coast. New California would control most of the water.

Just the part in blue, actually they are burdened by a huge ILLEGAL immigrant population.

They are also burdened with a huge homeless population. Some of that problem is simply because of the moderate climate. It's a lot easier to survive as a homeless person in that weather than in a place that gets lots of freezing or colder temps in the winter.

Just wanted to point out that was actually Russian active measures in action (and probaply so is this). The dude behind that whole thing was Russian and fled back to the Kremlin when he was found out.

The Russians are actively trying to divide Americans. They've been aggravating both sides with fake Black Lives Matter propoganda designed to incite the right and fake alt-right propoganda designed to incite the left.

Unfortunately the current administration is doing nothing to stop it.

Try doing some research Red....... Oh let me do it for you. I found this from the site listed..

Seems to be either side feels they are correct.. My point is America doesn't need either group, as they disrupt common sense.

My opinion doesn't matter it is the news that does Red.

Below are two positions taken by a left leaning columnist and a right leaning columnist that essentially say the same thing. SOMETHING, mind you, Dennis tapped into some time ago in his article entitled,

LINK;AMERICA’S SECOND CIVIL WAR.” Here are the other two articles mentioned in these audios:

Tim Arango of the New York Times: “In Clash Between California and Trump, It’s One America Versus Another“
Michael Walsh* at American Greatness: “Democrats Fire on Fort Sumter“
California vs. America | Religio-Political Talk (RPT)

So from now on try reading what I post before you try to belittle me..

Mlurp I wasn't trying to belittle you. Your one of my favorite people here because you are honest and sincere in the things you post. You are right I didn't click on your link I thought it was the same thing that I had already read earlier in the day.

I'm pretty sure this is just more Russian funny business tho.

California's state and local governments are under the absolute control of Democrats producing the largest number of poor of any state in the union, the biggest population of illegal aliens and an exodus of businesses to other states to avoid excessive taxes and regulations but it's all Russian funny business.
