Default Prosecutors: No charges for officer in Capitol riot shooting

After immediately doxing the police officer who accidently shot Dante Wright and taking 3 whole days to review the evidence the officer was indicted for manslaughter. Contrast the free pass issued to the as yet unknown Capitol police officer who shot an unarmed protester in the January 6th incursion.

Quote:
Federal prosecutors will not charge a police officer who shot and killed a woman as she climbed through the broken part of a door during the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, the Justice Department said Wednesday.

Authorities had considered for months whether criminal charges were appropriate for the Capitol Police officer who fatally shot Ashli Babbitt, a 35-year-old Air Force veteran from San Diego. The department’s decision, though expected, officially closes out the investigation.
Criminal justice administration has been corrupted to consider race and politics over uniform treatment under the law. Police are racists requiring punishment for violently oppressing blacks. Likewise, it's open season on Trump supporters, shoot them down with no fear of even having the name of the officer revealed, details of the case becoming known to the public or prosecution. That's the Democrat definition of the rule of law.

of course they weren't prosecuted for defending the capitol from seditionists 300 of whom have been indicted. btw your boy, the head of white nationalist proud boys was the first to plead guilty so he can get out of harder time by turning on his anti-American cohorts like that woman who broke in.

Someone who riots and storms the capital building should be shot just as someone who riots and storms someone's home/property should be shot. The fact that rioter may have been unarmed is irrelevant, especially when there are more of them than there are you. Rioters aren't peaceful and intend to do harm. So that officer was right shooting that rioter. Its a shame more rioters weren't shot.

That capitol officer should be in prison for murder as well. I hope the family Appeals. (if they are even able to in our "justice" system)
There was NO reason to shoot that woman, none. Much less IN THE BACK.

2 simple questions we can apply,
Was that use of force necessary? the honest answer is no.
If you or I -without a badge- shot the woman in the back would we be prosecuted?
the honest answer is yes, without question.
That's the double standard that's the problem. Immunity from prosecution for criminal behavior. A badge is NOT a license to abuse or kill.
Escalating a problem from a broken door window to Shoot to kill. crazy.

Seems to me MAGA, BLM and ALL other citizens have something in common. Some cops and a system that believes they can abuse and shoot us without good reason and NOT be prosecuted for it.

Look at the video, there are 3 officers standing in the side of the hallway they are ignoring the crowd and vice versa. The 3 officers were in the line of fire when the Capitol police officer gunned down the protester.

We don't know the details of what happened because the politicized prosecutors kept the evidence secret just as they kept the officer's identity secret. Gun down a Trump supporter with no accountability or even having the facts the prosecutors used to issue a free pass to the shooter.

While your at it take a look at the guy wearing buffalo horns strolling into the House chamber accompanied by a Capitol police officer who made no effort to restrain this "violent threat" to the Republic. He is jailed without bail essentially for trespassing.
