Guzman wants his case dropped
The Guzman, has a reason the U.S. ought to release him.. Kind of flakey but it is all he has.. 
Why is it that most every criminal doesn't understand that they can loss every thing one day. Money without FREEDOM isn't a winners situation. Like with this case it can't even buy him a decent defense.

Jailed Mexican drug czar Joaquin (El Chapo) Guzman, a two-time escape artist from prisons south of the border, wants his case tossed — claiming he was improperly extradited to Brooklyn, according to court papers filed Thursday.
Guzman’s lawyers claim the Mexican government initially only agreed to transport the diminutive drug kingpin to Texas or California,
His defense team wants Brooklyn Federal Court Justice Brian Cogan to toss the massive indictment, against Guzman — claiming it violates the extradition treaty between the U.S. and Mexico.
