Technically, the guy was right. Confession does not equate conviction.

If you don't understand that my comment is directly referencing a popular republican complaint about how supposedly Democrat associations are supposedly not shown in our media, I can't help ya...

Here's the full sentence:
Cindy Maxwell told CBS4 she informed Democratic Party officials that Carson had already confessed to the theft as part of the investigation.
The fact that it's Cindy Maxwell claiming there was a confession is not necessarily the same thing as the courts acknowledging that they have a confession.

I would love to see that validated by the actual facts.
WHY was it just an "investigation" if the perpetrator supposedly already confessed?
The victim advocate (whatever that means) claiming there was already a confession doesn't quite sit right with the full story.
There was supposedly a confession over 10.5 months ago, and it took this long to get the conviction?

Who's defending anyone? It's a simple fact. Confession does not equal conviction. Next?

No one is defending this woman. The inference you have is that ALL Democrats are crooks, like this woman.

We are saying no, to that.

No, the clearly stated intent was to show that the PARTY was willing to ignore the crime she CONFESSED to and still give her the honor. That's waht was said, anything beyond that is just you telling people what they are thinking - AGAIN!!
