Well, I have to say that I'm disappointed in the lack of replies to the simple question about expecting people armed with guns (such as police) to help. As if combat veterans and other expert civilian gun carriers don't know doodly about shooting. Ask that expert Glock handler, what-his-name again?

I can find nothing more vile or gross than an idiot who has a security job, and his best weapon is a flashlight, or a stick, or a boat horn, or whistle, in a setting that is crowded with people going about having a pleasant time. There is nothing less useless. Give the cretin a gun, and hope you hired someone who at the very least knows which end of the barrel is pointed at any bad guys who happen upon the scene.. Excuse my straightforward language, but once a Sailor, always a Sailor.
