When I hear about parents giving their children names as stupid as these, all I can think of is that they view their children as accessories, basically; enhancements to their own lifestyle, rather than as individuals in their own right.
They don't seem to realize that their children are not merely extensions of themselves, that they will grow up and be actual people, rather than just advertisements for their parents' dumb beliefs, or tools used by mom and dad to draw attention to their retarded selves.
White Supremacists are not the only ones guilty of it; I've seen the trend among many very young parents, especially those who live "alternate" lifestyles: punks, pagans, hip-hop/ gangstas, whatever.
My own son and his girlfriend at first considered giving their child a very bizarre name that was related to a favorite band of theirs.
There was nothing I could do to talk them out of it; I was glad when they came to their senses on their own and gave her a nice name, one that won't cause her to be a social pariah.

Of course, the white supremacists in this article have gone a step beyond this, and I do feel the names they've given their children constitute psychological abuse.
