The dude isn't facing deportation due to selling ice cream on the street. He's facing deportation because he's HERE ILLEGALLY.

Jesus ****ing christ. When are people going to get this into their thick skulls? They don't have a right to live in this country. They don't have a right to speak out about our laws. They don't have a right to try and change them to make their illegal activities (namely their presence here) less dangerous.

They act like they're not doing anything wrong by being here illegally. That kind of attitude is sickening, and damaging.

So, If one of who is an American Citizen were to go to their country of origin, illegally, and protest and demand certain rights, exactly what do you think would happen to us?

I will bet a dime to donuts we would be imprisoned, shot, or both.

Personally I think we should stick illegals in jail for 6-12 months before deporting them and when we do deport them it should be the furthest point in their country away from us. For example illegals from Mexico would be deported to the most southern part of Mexico and illegals from Canada would be deported to the most northern point in Canada.

No it isn't, but being here illegally most certainly is. Regardless of how the route you end up taking to get "into the system", if you're there and you're breaking the law, you should bear the consequences. It's kind of like busting someone for selling ice cream w/o a licence and finding out that they were also selling crack from the ice cream truck. Did they get thrown in jail for not having licence - HELL NO!! They got thrown in jail for selling crack. If a crack mama comes to a police station to report that her boy friend is beating up her and her kids and when the police ask her where her 1, 2 & 3 year olds are and her answer is "Home by themselve.", she gets busted for criminal neglect. She didn't get busted for reporting her boyfriend, she got busted for leaving her kids at home alone.

This is so friggin' obvious that a person has to either be intentionally ignoring the facts or so dumb they can't see them.
