Was checking the newer news online papers I get from news stories like above.

And there are way to many to even consider to post. Like this one. And it is gang related which is another big problem for citizens.

First degree murder charges are filed for a double shooting at a Tulsa Best Buy store.

Police say Willie Wise and Jeremy Foster shot and killed two people in Midtown July 14.

The intended target was gang member Scott Norman.

I am aware of these things taking place all over American and in other countries as some of these gangs are considered Trans International Gangs, the others are not quite that big or just an American problem.

But a stray bullet also hit Wes Brown, an innocent bystander.

And this happens quite a lot. And do we have a war on gangs, ! yet on about several other things, .

This has to stop and that will take people contacting their DC Reps.

The alleged getaway driver, Shania Craven also faces charges for "accessory to murder".

And an ongoing trial from my town, which on page 25 post 241 top of the page is the first part about this killing. How much is a guess IMHO.

In the third day of the Daquan Wilkins trial,tied to the slaying of Natalie Gibson, a retired crime scene investigation officer said a dog was inside the SUV with Gibson’s body when he arrived July 21, 2011.

Carl Larson, now retired from the Topeka Police Department, said Wednesday the dog didn’t act aggressively and didn’t bark at him. Another police officer removed the dog from the SUV and put it in Gibson’s home in the 300 block of S.W. Quinton so Larson could proceed with his work.

Once the dog was in the house, someone blocked the doggy door so it couldn’t exit, Larson said. The dog’s presence “possibly” could have contaminated the crime scene, Larson testified.

Larson wasn’t asked to elaborate on the contamination.

In other testimony, Erik Mitchell, forensic pathologist and former Shawnee County coroner, said Gibson died of a gunshot wound that entered her upper chest and traveled through her torso, striking her pulmonary artery and the left lung before it exited the chest, then passed through her upper left arm.

Gibson also was struck in the upper right arm by a portion of a projectile, Mitchell said.

The chest wound "was nonsurvivable," Mitchell said, allowing Gibson to move somewhat or say something for a few seconds, then would cause her death in a few minutes.

Delaware's Child Advocacy Center first became aware of the girl, whose name has not been disclosed, following a July 12 incident in which Morse was charged with third-degree assault for allegedly pulling his daughter out of a car, dragging her across a gravel driveway and spanking her in their Sussex County home, Fournier said.

The girl reported that incident to a neighbor who called police, Fournier said. Morse was later released from custody after he posted $750 in bail.

She later told the child advocate about the alleged waterboarding, police said, triggering the parents' arrest on Tuesday.

The Morses each face two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a second-degree felony conspiracy charge and four counts of felony first-degree reckless endangering for the alleged waterboarding incidents.

As a method of disciplining his daughter, Morse held her face under a running faucet, causing the water to go up her nose, Fournier said.

Melvin Morse is the author of two books on near-death experiences, "Closer to the Light" and "Transformed by the Light." He appeared on the "Oprah Winfrey Show" and "Larry King Live" in 2010 to discuss his research on the psychological effects of being on the verge of death.

what drives these people to take others lives along with them. Our world is being turned upside down by a total lack of proper raising, a school system that is broken, Liberal college professors in about every college.

There are other news on crime at the home page which I provided at the bottom of this page. If you save it to your Favorites in a folder with the other news on line your ahead of this thread.

What was isn't any more. And I blame a lot on our leaders and liberalism. Sorry I call it like I see it.

Assistant College Station Police Chief Scott McCollum earlier identified the law enforcement officer killed as Brazos County Constable Brian Bachmann.

Agnew said officers had established a perimeter around the area shortly after the shooting just east of campus, but they do not believe a second suspect was involved. He said police don’t know if the shooter was a student at Texas A&M.

Well it is going to happen like it or not, hand guns and other assault weapons will be regulated sooner than later.

I sold my SKS to a registered gun owner. As I knew what is coming. While others are going to take a loss on theirs. And his plans are to selll it for a bit more than I asked for.

the shooting just don't stop. And the more that this continues the better the chance of new laws or regulations will be done.

So again a few will affect the many in the end. Question how many are the few?

I have on a TV Show behind me called "World Wildest Police Video's" on Spike TV. I just saw a stopped car where the passenger pulled a AK 47 and killed two local LEO's.. Last night on Bio on 48 hours more deadly crimes. CNBC has a few shows about crimes as does Destination America.

So to ansewer the question we have far to many..

Tregre said someone called deputies with a description of a car fleeing the scene, and officers tracked it to a nearby trailer park.

When officers found the car, they handcuffed a suspect outside a trailer, then knocked on its door. Tregre said someone with a dog answered.

"Another person exited that trailer with an assault weapon and ambushed my two officers," Tregre said. Two deputies were killed and a third was wounded.

Two suspects were wounded in the shootout before officers subdued them, Tregre said.

The dead deputies were identified as Brandon Nielsen, 34, and Jeremy Triche, 27. The wounded officers were Jason Triche, 30, and Michael Boyington, 33. They were being treated at area hospitals but the extent of their injuries was not known. The Triches are not believed to be related.

The suspects were not immediately identified.

The initial shooting occurred around 5:30 a.m. at a parking lot off Louisiana Highway 3217 used by workers in the industrial area about 20 miles west of New Orleans, near the line between St. Charles and St. John the Baptist parishes. A massive grain port also is nearby.

Gees the FBI statistics have to be wrong or plain lies. Yet what little study I am doing does show they have not done a complete 2011 public list. So at the present they are 1 1/2 years off the mark for 2012.

Yet here to I just started my searches to go with PONEROLYGY

One person was killed and another critically wounded in a shooting early Saturday in Junction City at a National Guard Armory, though the incident had no ties to the military.

A person authorities suspect of carrying out the shootings was arrested later in the day.

Authorities said the shootings were reported at 3:51 a.m. at the National Guard Armory, 500 Airport Road.

Kansas National Guard spokeswoman Sharon Watson said the armory had been rented out to a private group for an event Friday night. She said no Guard activity was involved in the incident.

Junction City Police Chief Tim Brown identified the alleged gunman as Sterling D. Hickman, 33, of Junction City.

The two victims he identified as Antonio Maxwell, 25, and Jamaica L. Chism, 30, both of Junction City.

Maxwell was taken to Geary Community Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Chism was airlifted to Stormont-Vail Regional Health Center in Topeka, where she underwent surgery for a gunshot wound to her stomach area. Brown said Chism “after surgery was last known to be in critical condition.”

Hickman, who was arrested about noon, was booked into the Geary County Detention Center on suspicion of first-degree murder and aggravated battery.

Hickman was being held without bond pending his first appearance in Geary County District Court.

Officers reported the armory to be full of people when they arrived, but that few witnesses came forward to assist detectives with what happened outside the armory. Police believe a disturbance occurred during the event, which was to last from midnight to 3 a.m., that led to the shootings.

Brown said police believe a number of people in the parking lot saw the incident, and he asked that those people come forward with information.

People may contact Junction City police detectives at (785) 762-5912 or contact Crime Stoppers anonymously at (785) 762-TIPS. Tips received through the tips hotline are eligible for a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the incident.

Man shot at Reed's Lakeside Bar

Victim of gunshot sent to hospital with non-life threatening wound

Topeka police responded to a fight call with shots fired at 12:30 a.m., Sunday, at Reed’s Lakeside Bar, 2920 S.E. Croco.

Upon arrival officers located one male victim inside the bar with a non-life threatening gunshot wound.

The man was transported to an area hospital by American Medical Response.

A short time later Topeka police located a vehicle associated with the shooting and stopped it at S.E. 37th and Evans.

Lt. Scott Gilchrist of the Topeka Police Department reported that several suspects were transported to the Law Enforcement center and that multiple firearms were located during the stop.

Detectives are currently conducting interviews at this time.

Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Detectives at 368-9400 or Crime Stoppers at 234-0007.

Juror: Wilkins jury leaned toward convictions

In the hung jury trial of murder defendant Daquan Wilkins, 10 jurors favored convicting him of the shootings of two women and two favored acquittal, a juror said Friday. "I left (court) totally frustrated," the juror said. "We didn't get the job done.

Megan Boken, a 23-year-old alumnus of St. Louis University was all set to participate in a school tradition — a volleyball match at the start of the season where graduates play against current student athletes. The former star player and business administration major didn’t make it to the game; St. Louis police say Boken was fatally shot in the neck and chest while sitting in her car on Saturday afternoon.

"Red, please stop, I didn't do anything to you," she said, referring to him by his nickname. ...

Two days later, as Cook's family grew concerned about her well-being, they went to the home and found her dead.
