Default Justice John Paul Stevens

After nearly thirty-five years of service on the high court, Justice John Paul Stevens is at least considering retirement. Though he hasn't made a final decision upon when he is going to retire specifically, he has indicated that it will be during Barack Obama's term.

Though none of us will agree with all of Justice Stevens' decisions, I would hope we can all thank him for his service.

There is a fascinating article on Stevens from a few years ago that I just tore through.

Thank you Justice Stevens!
