A school can and should be able to confiscate anything it wants. If that weren't the case, a student could say, "My parents bought me this comic book, so I should be allowed to read it during class!"

Thats not what Hillary was talking about. She was talking about all of the people who have an effect on a child's life. Teachers, religious leaders, doctors etc. Amazing how confused the right can get when they really try. Must be from all that spinning.
