To put it mildly, your statement about the events that took place in 1917 (the Bolshevik revolution) is incorrect.

1. 90% of the Bolsheviks were the Jews;

2. The Bolsheviks (who were the Jews) used the Latvians (Red Latvian Riflemen) to maintain their power in St.Petersburg and Moscow.
The Bolsheviks used the Latvians to kill Russian people to suppress the anti-Bolshevik uprisings in Moscow and Yaroslavl in 1918;

3. It was the Russian people who were slaughtered by the Bolsheviks.
It was the Russian culture that was destroyed.

The more I think about it, if the OP is a representation of your average Russian, I'm glad the relations between our nations is deteriorating from friends to simply cordial. The values the OP spouts are in stark contrast to the values of America. I can tell you that the political situation facing homosexuals in the United States is not the best, but it would be better than the Russian attitude towards the situation. The US still has a way to go on gay rights, but are light years ahead of the Russians. Not surprising really, the US being light years ahead of the Russians has been a dominate trend.

Like I said - if the gays in Russia don't like that they are not allowed to walk down the street and kiss each other on public, than they can PACK THEIR STUFF AND GO TO ISRAEL OR AMERICA where it is OK to be dressed like clowns and march on the streets.

Russian people believe that being gay is immoral behavior. Russians don't like them. And gays KNOW it. And still they want to let everyone know who they are. So where is the logic here?....

There are men in Russia who like to have sex with men instead of women. OK....
But why do they need to let the whole country know about it and then, knowing that the march/parade was banned STILL go out and try to march?....

What's going on here? Why create all that hysteria? They KNEW that march was NOT allowed, so why bother to show up? To break the law? To get arrested?

I think they are just the drama queens.....
